The stay was not what is seen in the picture but similar to what was promised. The stay was comfortable and surroundings were beautiful. Lina, the host, was very helpful in getting us the private taxi for city tour in a very reasonable price.

I was traveling with family, so we rented two villas side by side. The houses are a perfect size for two people, with a bed in the loft and a living room area downstairs. It is all new, the houses, the furniture, and appliances. I sent a message to pick up the key and soon someone came on a motorbike to deliver. The location is quiet, with a beautiful view of the fields nearby.
The outside space is great, with areas to sit down and even a fire pit that we did not use it. The ground outside seems to be a work in progress and I am sure it will be landscaped at some point. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay,
There is a third house on the property that was empty, but it seems like a perfect getaway for a group of friends that want to travel together.

Property was wonderful and in great location. We loved ịt The house was beautifully decorated. It is spacious, comfortable with plenty of places to sit. The living room, bed rooms and kitchen were all very nice and clean. The host provided plenty of water bottles in the refrigerator. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioners worked great. Washing machine was great for us since our clothes were so dirty after many days of travel.
The property is within walking distance of bus station and night market, making it very convenient to explore the town center.

Luxurious hotel, very friendly staff and great breakfast. Also menu through out the day available from excellent kitchen. Very clean and nice atmosphere. So highly recommended.
This is a great hotel! The most kind ladies and convenient location! The rooms are very clean and smell delicious. Rooms are small but comfortable and have everything you need. Good breakfast: rice, vegetables, eggs and local dishes. Sometimes there are separate dishes for vegetarians, but I would add more fruit! I will stay here again when I return to Chiang Rai.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. They even brought a plate of fruit each afternoon when I went to the pool area.
The gardens were lovely, and the room was beautifully decorated and very clean.
