The house is in a quiet location, a short walking distance from the main street with shops, restaurants, cafes, and from the beach. There were four of us so we had plenty of space in the house. Air conditioning worked well.

1) Big advantage to get the family into the one place, we had myself the Wife and 4 children from the ages of 18 to 8 and during the day and night the wifes patents would come by.
2) Property was reasonably central with good access to shops.
3) i would recommend getting a bike to get about if you don't want to ride the songtaw taxis.
4) Property comes with limited cooking equipment one benefit was the BBQ which we used most days, anything missing can be bought locally.
5) The manager came around and said hello with a couple t-shirts for the youngest daughter which was nice of him 😀

The location was a little bit far from the touristy street of Koh samet but it was relatively close to the beach. The area was so quite and the room was so spacious and clean. There is a small kitchen and a grill outside.
