A wonderful clean house with fresh repairs. The house has 3 bedrooms (8 beds in total), 2 bathrooms - clean and tidy, there is a terrace with a large table for 8 people, you can barbecue! The owner of the house is simply magnificent! She did everything for our comfortable stay and even more! At our request, the owner contacted the organizers of the excursion to 6 islands. We really liked everything. It is also worth noting that the area where the house is located is very quiet. 5 minutes walk to the pier, 10 minutes to the beach. Nearby there is a market where they make a great banana smoothie! I recommend and will definitely come back here again 👌🏻 thank you very much 🙏🏻

Location was great. right in town but set back from the noise on a quiet street. The house had everything we needed and the landlady was available to answer any questions and changed our towels. Perfect for the beach and restaurants. The house had everything we needed.

Perfect place to stay for a short break to Ko Samed. Host was really friendly and the location was in walking distance of everything.

1) Big advantage to get the family into the one place, we had myself the Wife and 4 children from the ages of 18 to 8 and during the day and night the wifes patents would come by.
2) Property was reasonably central with good access to shops.
3) i would recommend getting a bike to get about if you don't want to ride the songtaw taxis.
4) Property comes with limited cooking equipment one benefit was the BBQ which we used most days, anything missing can be bought locally.
5) The manager came around and said hello with a couple t-shirts for the youngest daughter which was nice of him 😀

The location is fine—advertised as "beachfront" with a distance of 1 meter from the beach. Reality check: it's closer to 700 meters, so plan for some unexpected cardio if you're traveling with small kids. On the bright side, the resort is quiet and gated, which makes it feel calm and safe.

The location was a little bit far from the touristy street of Koh samet but it was relatively close to the beach. The area was so quite and the room was so spacious and clean. There is a small kitchen and a grill outside.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Room was lovely and very clean. As was the rest of the building. Pool area immaculate. Beach was just across the road and was cleaned daily. Good bars around and 7/11 was about a 5 minute walk.
A very clean tidy and fresh smelling place. Not very modern but intesting furnishing and decorating update made it very pleasant. The beds were medium hard so good for your back - soft beds are not good. A nice pool and gardens secluided and quiet but right opposite the beach where good Thai food was plentiful and not expensive.
Splendid staff and a very clean and modern room. Most of the staff spoke fluent French, English and Thai.
Driving my own car permitted me to easily visit the nearby town. Motorbikes for rent at the facility though. Lovely well maintained swimming pool.
It is a relatively small family owned resort and the atmosphere is accordingly with a very motivated staff.
The piers for the ferry to Koh Samet are conveniently close by.
The Villa it’s self is a gorgeous property with a pool in a quiet area. All of the rooms and facilities are really nice and homely. Very clean apart from the multiple dead cockroaches in one of the bathrooms which we kept finding.
A great place to stay. Very clean, neat and tidy. Owners were lovely, cheerful and very helpful, and spoke English very well. Good location near pier for Ko Samet. A little walk (maybe 5 minutes) to lots of food options.
