I don’t know where to begin, to be honest. There are so many things to like about this place. First, the house itself is not a normal hotel or hostel, as the owners call it, it’s a home, and it really is one! Each room is a separate small bungalow, so it’s perfectly private and quiet. Every room is equipped with everything you need: standard shower, folded bog rolls (😂 I was impressed), nice slippers, hair dryer, … which are all very tasteful 😍
Secondly, I love the green plants everywhere, in the little courtyard, along the passageway, etc they all make the place extremely peaceful, perfect for those who wish to have a chilled getaway!
And last but certainly not least, saving the best for last are the two owners Pop and Ton! Best live-in hosts ever! They’re super friendly, super attentive to our needs, super solicitous and hospitable! They have definitely made our stay a lot more comfortable! Highly recommend!

Awesome place in a fantastic location. Really spacious and comfortable with a lovely private pool. Breakfast, which was included for everyone, was great. Fab staff who gave us a lift to the airport for free when we left. Perfect for larger groups. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. They even had karaoke equipment!

Stayed in 1-bedroom apartment on 2nd floor which was spotless, well equipped and very spacious - photos are accurate but the place feels even better in person (nice design/luxury feel). Balcony is large and the outside bath very nice - overlooks a quiet garden/trees so also very private (and is North facing so doesn't get too hot). Huge windows (fully opening) in both rooms. Large bathroom and shower. All facilities (hot water, fridge, kitchen equipment, A/C, wi-fi) worked flawlessly. Check-in (by key code) and check-out very straightforward with good comms.

Thank you to Lucy and staff for a warm welcome and wonderful stay. The villa is perfectly located in Chang Mai. Very comfortable and clean with amazing staff. A great place to relax in the evenings, the kids loved the pool after a day of sigh seeing. Lucy was available to answer all our questions and very helpful with making bookings and suggesting places to visit or eat out.
