Been there for second time, will be more for sure!!! House was prewarmed for us, and despite we was only 3 persons, all floors, all rooms was prepared and opened for our choise, even sauna. I've been telling this very often, maybe i am biased, but.... SLOVENIA NEVER DISSAPOINTS!!! Planing next summer to go there with my family and 1 another for a week or so.

The house is fully equipped, clean and pretty. The host took care of everything what we need. The fridge was full of fresh fruits, vegetables, water and wine. She left food and drink on the table for us. The garden has a beautiful view of the hills. We really love staying there, I definitely recommend it. The location is in a small village. It have parking lot. It is an old building, but the temperature was very nice inside even was summer. It is about 15 kilometers from Lipica Stud. The house is very good equipped, you find everything you need. The hosts are very friendly and nice, very helpful.

Wonderful hidden gem. Great design, private spot, close to many things but very peaceful and quiet. Although it is not big (it is a tiny house after all), it does have everything you need. Hosts are very helpful with tips and very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend to stay here!

The owner of the house was very helpful and nice. The house is very well equipped and spacious. It was also very clean and well kept. For us it served as an excellent launchpad to explore the surrounding area which deserves more than one visit! We hope to return again and see some more....thanks for a lovely holiday😄
It was a very clean comfortable appartment. It is located within a walking distance from Vipava city center. The host was the friendliest we have ever seen. She gave us many useful information about the area and its history. She recommended many possible activities and trips. We also got a bottle of some homemade alcohol and later she brought us freshly baked sweets.

We had a great stay. Boris and he's wife were very nice and welcoming. The food we got for dinner was traditional Slovenian food and very good. Breakfast was and a variation of jam. Wine was good as well. Everything was homemade. The room and bathroom was very clean and had aircondition as well. We had no problems with the internet. We rented mountainbikes and had a wonderful day trip. There are multiple beautiful and scenic routes in the area. That night we ate at the town square where a few small bars and restaurants were open.
