We had a wonderful stay at Lasse and Chia's beautiful home in Leksand. The house itself was charming and comfortable, and the surroundings were peaceful and picturesque. This really is traditionally Swedish, including the beds. It is in a great location near Silijan and stopping off for travels north. Water is very hot and the beds are comfortable. Owners are very accommodating with towels and bedding . All in all a delightful place to stay.

I booked this cottage for Midsummer with two other Scottish friends. It was modernised fairly recently and a lot of love and thought has clearly gone into giving it all the facilities needed for self catering, plus some homely Swedish touches. Its location opposite the COOP at the centre of the lovely village of Solleron is perfect. Anna-Karin's very kind and helpful.
