The location of Runmaro being so close to Stockholm but we were also so secluded surrounded by nature. The house was on a big plot of land which had views of the pier and also the ocean - 5 mins walk to swimmable areas. The house was very cosy with a bbq where we cooked most of our meals. We also rented bikes to get around the island which allowed us to explore the island more than we could on foot. You forget all about your city life and just enjoy the simple things when staying here. Would highly recommend.
The host was also very good at replying to queries and requests. We accidentally left bike keys at the airbnb after checking out and the host was gracious enough to drop it off at the desired location. Felt right at home.

Just what we were looking for, a remote and beautiful location to experience Sweden. Everywhere we went, we met really friendly people, and the weather was just glorious. Swimming in the archipelago was so amazing, and the pool a real treat. The local restaurant and bakery in Djurö are just superb, highly recommend them. Great comms with the owner. A really perfect stay, would love to come back!

Great place, big to accommodate many people, great deck and barbecue facilities. Nice walk to the beach. Antique anterior, makes it cozy. Kitchen very well equipped. Despite that it looks a little bit older from the outside, the inside was sparkling clean. Host is very responsive. Easy check-in and -out.

The cabin is one of three properties offered at this location and backs on to the patio area of the villa. The location is very quiet, tucked away towards the end of a private road within a wooded area and near to a lake for swimming. The small pool on site is clean, warm and well maintained. The cabin is small but well equipped with an outside space where we enjoyed breakfast each day. It is a beautiful area, very quiet and very relaxing.

Excellent little cottage in Stockholm's archipelago. If you are looking for a feeling of seclusion in Swedish nature, while still within reasonable driving distance of many amenities then I can highly recommend a stay at this property. Nice walks in the forests nearby, the property has direct access to the water, but there are also sandy beaches within a short drive. The property itself has everything you need to be comfortable, well equipped kitchen (hob but no oven), large fridge/freezer, working heating/hot water, grill + everything necessary to cook on it. Would certainly visit again.
