It is in the middle of the most beautiful nowhere you can find and the hosts are amazing!! They were quick to help when we had a problem and took good care of us. Vänern is about a 20 minute walk away through the beautiful forest.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Hotel is same building with ice hall. In breakfast we watched ice hockey training. Quiet and cosy. Nice waking, cycling and rolling tracks are just from hotel to city centre. New hotel and very clean.

There is gym! Super close from train station Karlstad. Breakfast was super good with many options of food, including Gluten Free options. It was very clean! The staff is nice. Bed was comfortable. No outside noise heard while sleeping.
The place is very clean, the room was very comfortable and I felt really welcome. All the workers are kind and give you more than you expect. It is really a plus to have fika, dinner and breakfast.
We liked the helpful staff at the reception desk as well as the staff at the kitchen. We got plenty of information about bicycle tours around Karlstad and flyers and maps we could use for our tour. The breakfast was enough and staff always paid attention that we get served everything.
The rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. We could park our car and bicycles for free in front of the room. The parking lot is a big plus. We hope to return there again.
