This is a very comfortable property in a beautiful location. We've returned for a second summer, and again experienced a calm, tranquil setting. The chickens and rabbits were great company and even when it rained we loved sitting on the patio, admiring the lake view.
The cabin has everything you need to feel at home for a few days. Spacious enough for 3, and we made use of the barbecue and washing machine.
A big bonus this year was the surprise appearance of the northern lights. Such a perfect spot to see them.
We'll be back again next year, and excited to see how this beautiful site continues to grow.

Per and Maria organised the cabin in the sweetest way. They also took great care of us, they are truly welcoming. For instance they alerted us of ice on the road while we were on our way. The place also feels very safe given that it’s close to their house. We didn’t try the sauna unfortunately.

The house was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed using the hot tub and sauna. The location was idyllic.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The staff were very helpful. I was attending the Ironman 70.3 event and the hotel opened the breakfast bar 1 hour early so competitors could have an early breakfast. Because the hotel is central it was perfect for those of us racing, being literally around the corner from the transition zone, but also perfect for getting out and about.
The breakfast bar had a good selection to fuel up on. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the right size for a single guest.
Hotel has a nice location, walking distance to touristic area and the lake with breathtaking views. Fika in the afternoon was a nice addition. Food included in the room price was alright but there were too few options. Our room was in the new building and had a very good size, comfortable bed and was very clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with whatever you need.
