First of all the service is excellent, everyone that attended us in the desk was super professional and nice.
All the facilities are very clean, in particular the storage for the skiing gear, normally it gets dirty pretty fast but they managed to keep it extemely clean through out the day. This room and after ski changing rooms are great.
The breakfast was delicious with a lot of different options.
Very clean, very comfortable and extremely friendly, polite and warm personnel. Everything is high-quality made, it is visible that a lot of money and especially love was invested in the facility. Isabel and Richard are the most warm and most welcoming people I have ever met. Will definitely stay there when we will be in Åre again.
We had an amazing stay! The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a great night sleep and the people working there were really nice! We had a burger and some cocktails and they were probably one of the best we ever had. The location was amazing as well. They left some breakfast as well, which was a pretty good breakfast! Definitely would recommend
Super sweet and cozy place to stay at. Definitely recommend for solo travellers and families as well. Very clean, comfy bed, delicious breakfast, nice view, close to the skiing slopes and very friendly and welcoming staff.
And many thanks to Richard and Isabel for making a breakfast bag for me when I had to leave early. :)
