the accommodation is exactly as in the description. everything is superlative. secured parking in front of the house. if you sit in the yard on the terrace, you can see and hear the ocean, the view is wonderful. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! The facilities exceeded our expectations in every way. The villa was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day of exploring.
The location was ideal, offering stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere. We loved the outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee or an evening. The bedrooms were comfortable, with luxurious linens and plenty of storage space.

Everything was just perfect! The room is spacious and clean, it has a kitechenette with everything to cook a small meal. The garden is super nice and the location is close to bus stop and shops and just 10 minutes walk from the ferry port.

The stay at the Villa was very good. We were very happy with all the services that were provided by the Host. We will definitely recommend staying here if you are in Praslin as view of the beach is exceptional from the room and the services provided are equivalent to a hotel.

The cottages have everything you need, great working AC, beautiful balconies, and the property grounds are meticulously manicured. The pool is comfortable and the beach is one of the best I’ve ever stayed on. The manager, Annia, was amazingly helpful at meeting us, making reservations and arranging a rental car, and even helping get our lost luggage returned from the main island. Annia is a saint and all of Footprints is not to be missed.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Overall very good stay at the chalet cote mer… the room we were in was a bit old fashion but very clean and the bed were comfortable… there was even a kitchen to cook but we preferred to use the restaurant which was serving truly exceptional food at a reasonable price…

Very clean, big, comfortable, well equipped apartment in a convenient location. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy access to ferry and shops or take away restaurants or public transport. Apart from beach towels even coffee is provided as well as cleaning products, literally everything you need there. Highly recommended!

Always ready to help with whatever is needed! The house is very clean, safe and beautiful with 5 giant tortoises in the garden 1 min walk to the beach with the best sunset . We loved every second there ☀️🌴🐢

The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The apartment provided all you need. It was quiet. The windows are darkened so that nobody can see in from the street; you have privacy. You can park your car in front of the house. I liked the location close to the ferry.

Wonderful apartment with fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. AC in all the rooms working very well. The bedroom was big with a king size bed very comfortable and lots of storage (big wardrobe). The bathroom was spacious and modern, with a nice shower. The apartment even has a washing machine. It was very clean. Good location near the ferry jetty. Parking space for free.
