The staff were extremely welcoming and kind, and they upgraded my room to the sea view one for free. The room was extremely nice, and all the amenities were provided, and were of high quality. Very clean and neat room and bathroom. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room.
They also let me check in late, and check out 3 hours past check out time. Excellent and very accommodating staff.
Will definitely stay again, and will recommend to my friends and family who are traveling to Yanbu.
The room is amazing, beautiful in a modern style and comfortable. It has great furniture, mattress, pillows, sofa, and appliances. The room was very clean. The location is great to visit the city.
We got an excellent deal through booking.com and got a three-bedroom room for a fracture of the normal price. After arrival, we had to convince the staff that we got the big room, but after we sorted it out everything was fine. The hotel is new and modern. Very clean and much space to move around. The bathrooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. A/C in each room.
