The apartment is a perfect home away from home. Very warm host, who helped with so many other things to make our stay in Madinah comfortable. The apartment was exceptionally neat and tidy and had all the amenities required. We felt at home throughout our stay. The kitchen facilities were excellent and saved us a lot from buying food as we could cook our own meals. There was a nearby grocery store that we could get things from. Though, the prophets mosque was nearby, due to construction works, we had to rely on taxis. Mr Mohammed helped with information about local taxi apps. We will definitely be returning for our next umrah.

Hotel is very close to mashjid about 5 minutes walk. Very clean and comfortable. Staff are really helpful. I have booked another hotel near this but when I went there it was terrible and they won't allow me check in at 1 pm so I just walk in to this hotel and they said book the room at booking.com and they just allowed me to check in. There is food shop nearby also taxis available all the time. Best hotel for best price. I have put a picture from my room. The reception lady is amazing very nice sister.
The location is good. Very close to the prophetic mosque, and there’s a free bus coming in routes to and from the hotel. The hotel is very clean. The lift takes you straight ahead to the basement where the car was parked.
The location is excellent but the room is not very clean and i expect to see at least two bedroom but rather four beds separated as if it was arranged for family.
The hotel is good comfort ,, hotel infront of haram mosque near female entrance to haram even we pray jumoah pray from hotel ✌️😄 and stuff were cooperative and nice ,, very clean in general hotel is good but can be better .
