Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Lovely pool, hot showers, big beds. Very clean, friendly staff. Nice restaurants nearby. All we needed for a lovely stay. Breakfast was incredible with fruits and pancakes and breads and juice. We just needed a bit of a break and gorillas lake delivered. Sad we couldn’t stay longer!
The rooftop lake view is breathtaking. The resort is very clean and the rooms are a good size. The staff is very warm and helpful. Staff helped take bags to/from the room. They organised taxi, and the security personnel would even help guests to catch a motto at the gate. The resort also serves the best dinner meals in town. I had fish, pork, and beef, and all good. Make sure you try their grilled tilapia.
Beautiful and peaceful garden where you can have your meals. Friendly staff making sure you feel at home. Really nice food for very reasonable prices, amazing breakfast!! Good location in a quiet residential street, about 10 mins to bus station if you are traveling with local transport. Huge bed, very clean room.
It's a really nice and central place with a nice garden , where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast (Tea/Coffee, juice, a variety of fruits, omelette, bread and crêpes). My room was big, comfortable and very clean and the Wifi is really working perfect. Dinner and drinks are available (I can recommend as well). Very friendly and helpful staff and I want to thank especially Lilian and Francois :-)
We spent there 7 nights and it was an amazing stay. The view over the Lake Kivu and the garden was so beautiful. Also the hotel, it was very clean and we had a very nice room. Also the staff was very kind and helpful. I‘d love to come back again.
The hotel is very clean and well located for walks. There are a lot of options around for food and going out.
The room was spacious, extremely clean, cosy and with beautiful view.
The rooftop restaurant is amazing. One got to be fit to enjoy it though: it is 5th floor without elevator!
