Great little self contained new build cosy house. I can see why this host gets 10/10 every time, I was unsure about remote working in rural Romania but stayng here exceeded expectations ! It was peaceful, safe lovely area to explore and I felt totally looked after. I highly recommend this place for the best of Romanian hospitality !!! I'll be back.

Nice little house, in the middle an orchid. A bit out of town, but shops across the road and pizza shop down the street. Ron30 for Uber to get into town, Ramnicu Valcea. Nice little country village. WiFi was great. Great ambiance.

Such a special place! If you're into connecting with nature and countryside, Cerdacul din Livada is definitely your place to go :) All the tiny places you can book are literally in the family's orchard, carefully connected to small pathways leading to the main kitchen area. We stayed in the tent (which is more of a room that has everything you need and plenty of space) falling asleep to the grasshoppers and being woken up by the light sounds of cows' bells in the morning, and walked barefoot around the place. Will definitely come back! Bonus: definitely put Punctul Gastronomic Local Bucataria Elenei on your list for all your meals, as Elena's food is a must to experience!

We liked being in the middle of nature, with a house fully equipped for the needs of a young family. We appreciated the kindness of the hosts, who brought us local produce and were there to answer any need or question. The area is wonderful for hiking in the Buila-Vanturarita national park, visiting the local UNESCO heritage Horezu monastery and many other points of interest.
