I loved the receptionist because she was really nice and gave us the room straight away even if it was 9 AM in the morning. The room is nicely decorated and lovely. Even if it was in the noisy center of Eforie we didn't hear the music or the sounds from outside.
The staff was great, super nice and always willing to help. The hotel itself is very clean and the food from the restaurant is great, the breakfast as well.
