The house is brand new, and even better than the pictures.
We liked the modern design, the perfectly clean facilities, the private parking and the full kitchen (a dishwasher would be a nice addon).
The rooms were spacious, beds were super comfortable.

Everything was new.and very clean, Air conditioning, all commodities, luxury towels. They were very helpfull and took us to an idilic place by the lake for dinner. Nice detail to leave free coffee.
