First of all, there was an excellent local host. All communication was very easy. The family-run house was spacious with great outdoor space and view over Velas towards Pico. It could not have been better.

Lucy is such a friendly host and very generous! When we got to Lucy's Rosegarden at 11:30 PM she was waiting for us with lots of goodies and as if that wasn't enough she went to a bakery near by at the time of the night and got us fresh bread. Beautiful location, very private, amazing view of the ocean and Pico. Very clean and comfy. If i went to Sao Jorge again I would definately book this acomodation again too.
Very spacious house with a great garden. We were given permission to use what ever grew in the garden and we really appreciated the bread service each morning. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom very clean.

The overall accomodations were excellent, spectacular wide view and landscape to Velas village and to Pico, very near Velas, the house was very clean, the kitchen fully equipped as well as the bathroom. The host was very friendely and always available for any kind support.
