Fantastic apartment. It has everything you may need during your stay, including a washer and a dryer. The location is top notch. You just exit the building and you have instant access to bars and restaurants. And because the apartment windows face another side you don’t hear all that noise. The welcome basket which contained local treats was a nice surprise. Overall - I am very happy!

The property host is the most lovely person you will meet in the island! She really cares and takes care of the property and was extremely attentive to all of our questions and needs. The house was lovely and quaint and the garden was spectacular, especially if you love hammocks. There are plenty of rooms with privacy for each. The kitchen has everything you need. The location was super convenient if you have a rental car. We loved staying here and we felt like it was prefect place to experience the vibe of the island.

Clean and spacious. Well-located (about 15-20 minute walk into downtown Ponta Delgada). Incredible hosts that went above and beyond - welcome drinks and snacks, a goodbye souvenir gift, and detailed recommendations about the town/island (Pedro even called to help us make a dinner reservation!). I have never interacted with a host who was so kind and helpful.

Nice friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds and very clean rooms/hotel overall. Good breakfast. Nice view with fresh air, could see the water from our 3rd floor rooms. Walkway just beyond the hotel as well as entry to the water. Beach towels were provided for a trip to the hot spring pool. Nice little bar area for coffee, water or a drink. Private, free parking. Great value for the money!
Very clean room and comfy bed. The breakfast was good and also the private parking just next to the hotel. The staff was one of the nicest people I’ve met while travelling. There is a Continente supermarket very close, although not walking distance.
