Very clean. The hostess was very nice and helpful. And the view was spectacular. The town of Maia is out of the way but it is very quiet and relaxed. Driving in the town to get to the apartment is a bit nerve racking the first time. But it is worth it once you are there.

Amazing hosts! Honestly, the best hosts we have ever encountered. They knew we were traveling with young kids, and provided us with a high chair, diapers, wipes, a baby tub, and lots of other baby care & feeding items. We where traveling around the islands for 2 weeks when we booked our apartment at Vista do Topo. Without a doubt the best place we found in those 2 weeks. Very clean and large apartment, with the most friendly host you can imagine. The first day we forgot to buy some cooking oil at the supermarket but Cosmin went all the way down to buy it for us. The view from the terrace is really amazing! If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is it.
The room is in a very nice house in Povoação. Everything was very clean and with great facilities. There's free parking on the street, right in front of the house. Miguel, the host, is very welcoming and helpful.
