Beautiful home! There are two separate homes, one on the top level and another on the bottom. You can't go wrong with either level. The view is stunning, with only a small, quiet road separating you from the ocean. The house is a very well-built new construction and extremely clean. The host is very attentive and genuinely cares about your stay, frequently checking in to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The proximity to the ocean is amazing; and although leaving the area involves a steep hill, we enjoyed driving to a local "padaria" in the mornings for coffee and pastries. We had such a wonderful time that we plan on returning next year!

The house is beautiful. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect. The communication with hosts was easy and friendly. I’d highly recommend this place for staying.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Host was very pleasant and accomodating and provided a welcome kit of milk and biscuits. Kudos to Zelita she met us at the house even though we were a very late arrival and had to drive a far distance. House was very clean wirh large and spacious rooms, bathroom, great patio and backyard. Parking beside house was convenient. Highly recommend this house for a big group and long term stays.
