The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. There were everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen equipments, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and many more things. It is right next to the sea, we couldn't enjoy terrace much due to weather conditions but I am sure it would be great to rest there after discovering wonders of the island. The host was very helpful, she answered any questions we had in a short time. When I go back to Sao Miguel, I would prefer to stay there.

The property is large and everthing was new and nicely furnished - the kitchen has every appliance you would ever need !
The location is excellent making it easy to travel by car to all areas of the island. The host, Decia, was really helpful and kept in contact to make sure our stay was enjoyable - the food and drink welcome pack was a nice surprise!

I think the location was great easy to get around and walk and parking in the back can be a challenge but we always found parking. Very nice and quiet area, the Host was great at helping us out and answering our questions. Very close to mini supermarket, food and a good bakery. I enjoyed my stay their very much.

Modern, clean, spacious and ideally located for any activity you might want to enjoy in Sao Miguel. 3 beautiful beaches within a 5min drive, 10min drive to downtown Ponta Delgada, within an hour drive from all the beautiful natural attractions the island has to offer. Fernando suggested 3 amazing restaurants all within walking distance and the food didn’t disappoint. All this plus a private deck, a private bedroom balcony overlooking the ocean and the amenities you could possibly want to have a great relaxed holiday.

Very clean - everything seemed brand new. Very spacious. Easy to park by the property. Large balconies. Lev, the owner, gave good tips and happy to assist.
Good location by the sea, with cafes/ restaurants nearby. The central location on the island makes it very easy to visit the attractions, although you do need a car.
Hotel was in a good location. Our room was very well appointed and had fantastic ocean views and spectacular sunsets.The property was very clean and modern in style. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The host was extremely kind and helpful. The house was very clean, well maintained and had everything that we needed, including a washing machine. Pretty good location, as the highway was close and whole island was reachable within 30-40 minutes. There is a grocery store right across the street.

There is a free street parking on the street - hard to find a spot right in front of the house, but we always found one within 100-200 meters.
