Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to self cater. Great base for exploring Sete Cidades and The coastline. The village is very quiet but there is a cafe, pizzaria and small supermarket within walking distance. Hosts were helpful and responded quickly to questions. The location is excellent with unobstructed views over the wild atlantic ocean. The remote controlled gated entry is a touch of luxury as is the driveway length koi pond. Loads of space inside and out. The pool was cold, though they had a hot tub which allowed cold swimming and then warming up after. I got quite addicted to my morning cold plunges! All the rooms have beautiful views and are enormous.

Absolutely great and spacious accommodation, newly equipped. Parking is behind the house, in the surroundings there is a shop and a restaurant. Ideal base for exploring the island. The host Pedro is great, he was happy to advise and even gifted us with some local products. We will be happy to come back. :)
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
This house was in a very quite neighborhood about 20 min drive from the city. The house is modern and has a beautiful ocean view and a private pool. We had 10 people in our group and the home was spacious for all of us. Monica was a very attentive host and responded quickly to our questions and requests.
Spending a week in this amazing house, we have enjoyed our visit at Sao Miguel to the most! The house did not only offer us a place tp sleep but to admire the breathtaking view over the ocean every day. Further than that the house is decorated lovely an very clean.
