I felt in love with this house in one minute. Lovely and cosy place with amazing view. Real Portuguese property, it's this what tourists need here. Contact with owner was perfect, it's very careful person making sure guests are ok, we got vidio direction how to get to house. In January is important that heating doing very well and very quickly was warm enough inside:) I regret that I'm on the road and spent only 1 night here. Already thinking about coming back in spring. Truly recommend this place!

Absolutely superb room. Simple, very clean. Mattress was clean and really comfortable. Shower was good, a little slow warming up but to be expected in such a building.
A busker playing mellow electric guitar lulled us to sleep. Lovely happy sounds of people in the square below. Stunning view of the church.
Very sorry that I don't seem to have photos of the actual room which had a picture of a kingfisher above the bed.
Location is close to the city centre somehow (you have to go uphill then downhill, but everything in Coimbra is this way); bonus is that it is quieter than living in the centre.
Liked that it has AC (very hot outside), nice bathroom, all kitchen utensils some may need, comfortable bed, and it was very clean. The host was friendly, told us a little bit about surroundings.
We loved our stay at Sophia Studios. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I've had at holiday rental. The studio was very clean and was in the perfect location for reaching the old town. Thanks to the lovely staff for checking in if we needed anything.
