Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Everything. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, the common spaces were big and great for working. And the owners are very nice!

Very friendly. Nice room and bathroom. Very close to the airport (5 minutes to walk), but it dont disturb you. Parking for the car, easy to find, with sign on the passing street. Nice garden with a lot of flowers and a nice common room, which serves a breakfast room and kitchen too. Very clean. With the car it's around ten minutes to Horta. WiFi worked well. In the common room you have books and information about the island(s) etc. If I can come again to Faial, I would choose this place again.
