The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. There were everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen equipments, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and many more things. It is right next to the sea, we couldn't enjoy terrace much due to weather conditions but I am sure it would be great to rest there after discovering wonders of the island. The host was very helpful, she answered any questions we had in a short time. When I go back to Sao Miguel, I would prefer to stay there.

Exceptional value for money. The house has literally everything you will need, fully equipped and it is very comfortable and cozy inside. All pictures correspond to the reality. Stunning view from the balcony both to ocean side and to the mountains. Beautiful wild unguarded beach is in 5 min walking distance. Very nice transport connection to the most popular points of the island because the house is located close to the highway entrance. We enjoyed every minute of staying.

The location was great. It was within walking distance of some very good restaurants and a beach. The hosts were very lovely. They were very kind to make an extra trip back to the house to let us in after we accidentally left the key inside and to bring an extra fan and towels. Thanks Helena for the extra trip and being patient with my faltering Portuguese.

Very clean. The hostess was very nice and helpful. And the view was spectacular. The town of Maia is out of the way but it is very quiet and relaxed. Driving in the town to get to the apartment is a bit nerve racking the first time. But it is worth it once you are there.

This home was spectacular. Everything a family could dream for!! The view was magnificent, the house plan was so efficiently layed out and space for the family was more than adequate. It was very well equipped. Lots of bathrooms. The pool was a hit with everyone as well as all the outdoor space and games. The needs were the most comfortable beds we had on our entire trip. The house was kept cool with air conditioning.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
I can’t imagine a better choice of accommodation. The house was amazing and very clean, everything you might need is there: nespresso, beach towels, iron, washing machine etc

The house was exactly what we needed, perfect for two families. We had enough space and privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ was brand new. Nothing was missing. Very clean, inside premises and the surroundings. The terrace is large and you can see the ocean.
