It must have been newly renovated - everything seemed new. Very clean. The plastic wasn't even peeled from the front of the TV! Beach front! - beautiful views from the back deck. There is a small, well-kept public park right next door, so our view was more expensive than if there was a close neighbor. We took a walk on the beach. From the main bedroom and from the kitchen bar stools, you can see the ocean through the windows.. Aircon worked very well in the bedroom. No Aircon except in the bedrooms, but we didn't need it. The beach breezes were pleasant. Great owner - good instructions.

The location was exceptional. It was beautiful, private and quiet. Our host was a great communicator and did everything to make sure we had a safe and enjoyable stay.

We rented 7 rooms and each one was very clean. The view on this location is breathtaking!! The staff was very helpful and polite and the owner is wonderful! He made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel at home.
We spent a great time with volleyball team, The Marcos Pizza inside the hotel was an asset, Breakfast was OK for the price. Room is comfortable and VERY clean.
