Staff is very smart and cooperative. Hotel ambiance good and very clean. It is the best hotel i ever had in swat. Nice entrance and safe parking reception and ofcourse GM Mr farooq was very helpfull cause of we put wrong date for the booking. People please must visit this hotel.

I stayed there for 3 nights and totally loved my stay. Rooms were very clean and furnished with good heating and hot water 24 hrs. I had a problem with Wi-Fi but the staff came and they made every effort to resolve the problem especially Umer Hayat who is a manager he came personally and made sure that issue is resolved. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was my best experience.
The modern decor of the property in this remote area was a treat. Rooms were tastefully decorated. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was very clean. The quality of food served in the hotel restaurant was very good. Staff was very cooperative. The property is near the river bank but not on the river bank. Unexpected best part of the stay was that they not only provided free stay for my driver but also served 3 times free food to the driver.
