The breakfast was great. The property's caretaker who stays there, took our breakfast order every morning and could also accommodate our request for extra items at reasonable prices. The place is very peaceful if you want to detox and have some you time.

My trip was good but in mid night around 4:30 AM police check all room’s of this hotel without any warrant and without any lady police they check families rooms also check our wardrobe this is totally illegal😡.

The room was very clean and well appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable the food was delicious. The location was handy being only a short walk from Mall road.
The hotel is newly renovated so very clean well furnished.
Staff is very courteous specially front desk manager Mr. Amjad. He was very helpful and gave all the guidance needed. He even provided complementary mattress in room.
Room was good size with great view and very comfy beds.
Breakfast is Just ok. Could have been better with more choices. Fresh fruits should be included as these are abundantly available in Murree. Ala Carte menu for breakfast is good though.
Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great facilities within the hotel although we couldn’t try many of them due to our short stay.
Front desk staff were particularly helpful with our early checkin and late checkout which is very much appreciated.
