This place is truly extraordinary, in every respect. Lovely designed and yet functional.
The rooms are unique, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and there are plenty
of power sockets everywhere. The internet works well either. The bathroom has a lot of space
and a water heater.
There is a roof terrace where one can enjoy a drink with a view of the banana trees. Very peaceful
and relaxing.
If you have a vehicle, there is a parking space within the compounds.
It has everything a traveler could ever need.
Expect one thing maybe: A fan with a rechargeable battery.
It is not the fault of the owner that the electricity in Puerto Princesa is unstable.
However, during our stay, the power went off for several hours and it became really hot inside.
We are familiar with this problem because we have a house on the island ourselves. Without battery-
powered fans we would have melted long ago.
So this is not a negative point, but just a recommendation: Please add one or two battery-powered fans.
But apart from that, the place is amazing. This also applies to the communication with the owner.

Excellent hotel with huge and amazing common pool. We had a villa with 2 separated bedrooms and a private pool. Everything was perfect. Buffet breakfast was appreciated with French baguette and dedicated staff.
-that was the best room we had in our trip around Philippines, very comfortable bed, very clean and I'd even say European bathroom
- the hotel owner accommodated all our requests and even went an extra mile cooking for us where we didn't have enough time to go to the restaurant and it was raining like crazy
-after staying there we understand all good reviews and we are not surprised at all
-you will not find better place to stay in Puerto Princesa
- if we ever go back to the city we will definitely stay there again
