love the place itself, spacious perfect for big family. the house needs renovation I guess. Some parts are old like cabinets in master bedroom, the karaoke need some updating, ACs in rooms needs some cleaning or update. The design is old, but functional.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Overall our stay for almost 2-days was very positive and relaxing. Was able to enjoy the beach and pool facilities as expected.
The unit itself was very clean, presentable and cozy. Though the unit already showed some wear and tear but there was nothing that could have disrupted our stay nor make it unsatisfying. So all in all it was a very pleasant staycation.
This is a lovely holiday home. It’s thoughtfully decorated and furnished with everything you’d need during your stay, including in particular, drinking water so you won’t need to think about that. The place is spotless and the linen are of good quality. The hosts are warm and accommodating. The whole area (Pico country club) is beautiful, clean, and safe.
The location is very near the beach. The room is very very clean. And the whole kitchen is complete with appliances if you're planning to cook there. The water dispenser is very very convenient (free drinking water). The caretaker, Ms Sherly has been very helpful, practically told us everything we need before we even had the chance to ask. The owner, Mr Joe is an excellent host!
