Everything was perfect. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Beds are mega comfortable. Amenities, more than we need. There is a kettle and coffee machine in each with free for use coffees and tea.
Location is spot on, close to SM iloilo, and there are many restaurants nearby, as well as Starbucks just across the street. The best of everything is the staff, all of them speak English and they are very friendly and super helpful! Will definitely visit again when I am in iloilo. This is the place to be!

Very clean. The unit is very new. Everything inside is new, clean, and in order. The swimming pool of the condominium is excellent ( No one is using it except me!) I was able to do my laps.
Ed , the owner is very nice and kind. We were invited to an owners-only party and it was a blast! Great people, food, drinks, and entertainment! The apartment is very clean and the host provides everything that you need for a comfortable stay. If I am every in Iloilo again, you can be sure that I will seek out this accommodation again.
