The location was outstanding and the host was lovely. We arrived for a birthday celebration to find scaffolding and screening covering the whole front of the building for protection from the weather in the off season. (understandably) This was not what we were expecting and wanted an uninterrupted view, as pictured, and open front to the beach. The property manager was so helpful and quick to respond and organised the removal of it immediately so that our birthday celebration the next day was not impacted. Just amazing as it was so last minute and late in the day for her, but it wasn't an issue. It was well worth asking thats for sure. Everyone was so friendly and Boracay is STUNNING. We loved the access to cafes and restaurants close by and the fact it was just far enough out of the busier end of the other stations.

Highly recommend staying at Diniview Villas. We stayed 3 nights in the Salt Villa that had amazing panoramic views of White Beach with an infinity pool. It was away from the the crowded tourist areas making it a nice and relaxing stay, just what we needed to finish our Philippine Holiday. Staff where very friendly and very accomodating, nothing was a hassle. Would defiantly stay here again I personally felt like it was the best place to stay in all of Boracay. We had the amazing Diniwid Beach to enjoy, which was a few steps down from the villa. Also managed by the Diniview Villas was a great restaurant & cocktail bar on the beach to chill out and watch the sunset! We had an amazing time!!

Very clean.Staff were excellent. They met all our requests in a very timely manner. They've even provided the needs of a sick family member. The location is great. It's quiet and private and has security. Clean room and facilities. Great outdoor pool and affordable meals in the restaurant. Breakfast has a variety and different every day. We highly recommend the place.
The family room is very big. Very nice and very clean. The service is excellent all the time and staff are very helpful. It's a very good location as well as it's just about 3 minutes walk to the beach and have plenty of restaurants and shops around.

The Astoria Boracay was exactly what we needed.
Plus getting welcomed immediately off the aircraft into the hotel after a personal Van Boat Ban ride was so nice. Remember to tip. The people are nice.
