The home was perfect for our group of 9 adults, and upon arrival, we found the property was exactly as advertised. Great location, easy access to Hundred Island Tourism Office and downtown markets. The fully equipped kitchen made dinners easy. Excellent onsite staff were eager to help when needed. Off-street gated parking was a bonus.

Plenty of towels and bedding provided for everyone.
The caretaker, Kim, was great. There was heavy rain and he picked up some groceries for us. He quickly answered text whenever we had questions.

It was really nice. The only thing is we lost water once in a while. The staff was very accommodating and very amiable to be with. Helped us with our breakfast, lunch and everything you can think of. I’ll recommend this place to my relatives n friends. Hope to see her again someday.

This appartement was much cheaper then all the others in this area and so I was a bit sceptical. But I got surprised: it was really good!! I had my own room with own bathroom. There is a kitchen and all places were very clean. Camille is a super friendly host and she is very helpful. I can recommend to stay here!

There was a little problem with our booking upon arrival but Linda was so helpful and very nice and sorted it out. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped us out with any problems and questions. The breakfast was very nice with different options. The swimming pool was amazing we all really enjoyed swimming in it. The rooms were very clean and spacious and beds were comfortable

Linda made sure we are taken care of, she knows we don’t have means of transportation to the wharf and she called the service stuff to drive us to the wharf. She also called the resort for us that we want to visit for a day to make sure we will be accommodated. That small thing is great because we were able to know when to go. She made us feel good and the hotel is very clean and nice. Rustic is the place where you should stay when you are in Alaminos.
The employees are very friendly and accommodating esp the concierge who assisted us. ☺️ Location wise: very accessible to all. The room is very clean and tidy. Everything was set before we came in. Thank you till next time! ✨
