The view from the cottage was remarkable. Came with a fireplace and outdoor spa. We never used the spa but the fireplace was nice and paired nicely with our wine.

The chalet is clean and well designed with all you need for a break, great for 2 adults and 2 kids, big balcony with outside seating and nice view.
Although the chalet is privately owned and not run by Waiheke Island resort the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Waiheke Island resort itself is a great place with a nice restaurant and bar area and a pool and pool bar, definitely recommended as a good base to come back to after wine tasting around beautiful Waiheke Island.

These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
