Location was lovely with country views, House was very sunny and warm. The lounge was beautiful and the projector TV was amazing. Loved the breakfast , tea,coffee selection. Kitchen was well stocked with every appliance and herbs and spices.

Great location and very quiet. Facilities were great and John was proactive and communicative. He provided a cot and highchair for our 7m old and she had a great time! The local animals are a treat, especially for young kids!

Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
We were allowed to check in a couple of hours early as we flew down from the north island and needed to do a quick change before heading straight to a funeral. Room was very clean. Close to amenities. Option to order breakfast. No noisy neighbours even though it seemed pretty full.
The space was great. Made it easy to do some work in the evening.

The key in the door at the start was great. Didn't have to rely on getting hold of anyone when I was in a rush.
A nice room in a privately owned new villa with a shared bathroom. All new and very clean, very comfortable beds. Very friendly and nice people, other guest were there as well. Parking can be done in the street, free. Restaurants are 5 min. drive away in the center of the town.
Location is about 30 min. by car from the airport and well suited for a short stay after arriving or before departure from Christchurch. Also the nearby pennisula can be explored in a day trip from here.
The room was very clean and tidy. Bathroom was modern and user friendly. The kitchen was well thought out with plenty of utilities. It was quiet even though close to the state highway.
