Ty communicates well and timely. We arrived at his property late afternoon and everything was tidy and nice.
Rooms were super comfortable, lots of pillows and warm.
There were even coffee and milk ready for us to use.

The home was very spacious and very warm. Great heat pumps and really good heaters in the bathrooms too. Nice quiet location but still handy to shops and the beach. Easy parking. Loved the key pad locking system on the front door - no mucking around with keys. Our hosts were very generous too, in that they provided lots of different tea's, coffee's, fresh milk, chocolates and potato chips.

The location was perfect for us and had the best views, especially at sunset!
The Tree house is modern and charming, very clean with comfortable queen size beds for a good night's sleep.

We were warmly greeted and shown to our accommodation where we had everything explained or shown to us. It was well appointed and very clean. The location was quiet except for the occasional sound of a train rumbling by. We had an allocated parking space immediately outside so transporting luggage from the car was easy! We made a 'Continental Style' breakfast in the morning with our own provisions but milk, water, tea, coffee and sugar were provided.
Studio's decor was modern and very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable, as was the seating. There were alot of extra items supplied (everything you may have needed was there), air-conditioning was available, location was handy to cafes, shops, beach, etc. The shower's pressure was amazing and the fact we were welcome to take our little dog was awesome.
the property is conveniently located yet very quiet and is true to the website description. Very clean and comfortably appointed. Hosts are welcoming and attentive but not intrusive. We had everything we needed but I am sure if we had a reasonable request we would only have had to ask.
This is a fantastic studio. It's very clean and tidy, and they even have apples, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is also quite convenient. Highly recommended.
