What a perfect place to spend our last few days in New Zealand. The place was clean bed the most comfortable bed we slept in the entire time we were in New Zealand. Had some great food was totally relaxing just sitting across from the beach enjoying sunshine and watching all the activities going on. The people who own the place are right upstairs if you have any problems which we did not

A very nice and quiet place to stay as our first stop in NZ. The host is also very welcoming and kind to offer us all kinds of information and to help us settle down quickly which we really appreciate. We strongly recommend the property if you are looking for a place to stay in Albany. It only takes two buses (889-NX1) to travel to central Auckland with the cost of ten dollars or so for a return trip each. Plenty of supermarkets and Asian restaurants nearby, with a reasonable walking distance to Albany mall for those like hiking:)

Lovely rural position. Great shop across the road from driveway which provided fresh fruit, veggies, bread, deli items, coffees, etc (quality, so not the cheapest). Lovely host, clean, tidy modern unit.

Location we very quiet. With a lovely rural garden. The chickens were not noisy and the room was beautiful.

These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
The suite was huge for the price and such good value. More than adequate facilities with two comfy beds and an awesome lounge suite for relaxing. Bathroom was great with a nice hot shower and very clean. Kitchen was generously stocked with great appliances available. Felt very secure and peaceful being away from the busy main road of Orewa. Excellent.

The hotel is clean the apartment is very clean & lovely , modern with everything you need , nice big TV with Netflix etc , it’s lovely views from lovely balcony.
