A well equipped, lovely little cottage. Clean and tidy. A good heat pump and fantastically powerful, hot shower. A few minutes drive out of town to a lovely quiet location.
Sadly we didn't get a visit from the dog. Next time maybe.

Myself, wife, brother and his partner stayed at Wyette Annex to visit Greytown for the weekend of the Mid Winter Christmas Festival, we stayed in the two bedroom cottage at the property. We were met by Stuart who had just lit the fire in the cottage and then gave us an introduction to the cottage which was stunning, everything you would want. We had just settled in when there was a knock at the door and there was Carmel with a freshly baked banana cake for us. The accommodation and the hospitality was outstanding and we cannot recommend the Wyette House accommodation enough, treat yourself !!

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The room was very clean, comfortable and Cliff and Gerri were very accomodating and lovely. Breakfast was indeed exceptional. It was complete with toiletries and basically everything you need.
Total hidden gem! Stayed for one night and will definitely return. Warm welcome on arrival with coffee and fresh milk bought to our room. Immaculate room, very clean spacious and warm. Fresh looking decor. Text to check in on us if we needed any extra milk, tea or coffee and even an offer for a late check out
It was very clean, warm and welcoming. Nice finishing touches done by the owners like fresh milk, breakfast cereals, and a welcome sign included.
Communication was great as well.
