Place was spotless when we arrived and arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. The door code provided simple access and it was handy not needing a key. The pantry had some basics (salt, pepper, oil) and kitchen everything we needed. No air con upstairs but the fans were sufficient. A very pleasant stay. Would definitely book again.

Location was lovely with country views, House was very sunny and warm. The lounge was beautiful and the projector TV was amazing. Loved the breakfast , tea,coffee selection. Kitchen was well stocked with every appliance and herbs and spices.

Harbour lodge is located at an elevated position in Lyttelton, quite easy to find, (with GPS). On arrival I was greeted by Frank who gave a tremendous introduction to Lyttelton and its facilities and good eating places. the Lodge was very clean, great facilities and is a friendly place. the view from the room window was spectacular, the room had a sliding door to the timber decked garden area
It was lovely to have a selection of fruit, Breakfast was great, it was very clean, friendly and handy to walk to town, we had everything we needed. A lovely lounge to share, awesome showers with lovely clean towels daily.
Beautiful place with friendly hosts. Very clean and comfortable. Nice bathrooms with good water pressure. Enjoyed meeting Christopher the giant seagull at feeding time.
