The cottage was spotless and well maintained. The main bedroom is really big. It was late autumn and cold outside, the beds has electric blankets and heaters in the rooms. The lounge/kitchen had a heat pump and a fire which was perfect. A lovely walking track into town. Would defiantly stay there again :-)

Location was good. We were in the area to try and catch the Auroras that were happening at the time. Local beach was good but found on arriving back at the cottage that we were seeing some excellent displays from the property.
Had most things you would need to cook a meal or two. Bathrooms were good. Plenty of firewood available although as suggested, its better to put the electric heaters on overnight as the fire does go out due the rules about not being able to damp it down.

Room very clean and modern. No stovetop in the room but when I enquired if there was one available, I was offered a two burner one which was left in our room for our use. Very accommodating hosts.
