We had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, kitchen is very well equipped. Located in a quiet area with grocery stores nearby. You can get to Alesund in 15 mins by car. Pets are welcome. Everything was great!

The location on a hill just outside the city center and next to a dense forest, the views from the living room and kitchen towards the bay of Alesund, the warmth of the owner, the beautiful interior architecture
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The view was beautiful, the unit was very comfortable and beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet place. Like that the unit is spacious and kitchen have everything you need. The house was kept very clean and neat. Owner even went the extra to give chocolates to each of us as welcome gift. 5-7mins drive from the house to airport, very convenient. Owner shared a lot with us, had great conversation with him. Highly recommended to stay here. Definitely will choose to stay here again if I'm back to Alesund.

Note the hotel reception is not 24hrs so know where to locate your key by emailing the hotel in advance, in case of late arrival.
Perfect location between airport and town easily accessible by excellent bus service which has a stop at the door of the hotel.
The hotels in the town have a good location but can be very expensive expect to pay double or triple the price.
The bus into town takes 10 mins.
There is a supermarket within the building complex near reception - not many hotels have that !
