This was an absolute dream of a place. The pictures here don't quite do it justice, when you arrive and you see the hut in real life it's breathtaking. The location is so stunning, you feel as though you could have a wild moose walk up to your kitchen window while you're making a morning cup of coffee.
The interior is incredibly charming with some very historic features (painted story on a door, historic beds downstairs). It's beautiful. Very spacious inside.

Great location for a cabin between Gaustad and Dalen. Very clean inside with enough space for 3-4 people comfortably in the main room for games and eating.
Made use of the outdoor grill and the indoor fireplace for cooking which worked well and kept us warm in the night.
No running water, but the host left plenty of water available to us before arriving.
Kitchen is small but has the basic amenities as well as some spices/condiments.
