The location was amazing. Great for sightseeing and spending nice days/evenings on the terrace. Especially, with sunny weather. The house had everything we needed and was lovely - only possibilities to store/hang clothes were missing a bit. The landlord was super friendly and helpful - like all the Norwegians we have met there. He booked a parking slot for our arrival and always asked if something was missing or needed. Best landlord ever.

We would have appreciated some information in beforehand on how to find the house, where to park and what was included. It was not possible to drive to the house (with the help of google map) or walk by foot without an instruction.

The cleanliness was really good, the fridge and kitchen were nicely cleaned and all rooms had been cleaned before we arrived. There are also towels etc. which you can borrow so you don't have to bring your own, it's very nice. We have had a nice view of the entire Arendal with sun as metioned in the title :D. The hosts have shown real hospitality and have been easy to get in contact with and they also reply very quickly regarding questions, so we were happy and recommend this to others going.

Very nice location and perfect for our family group of 10. The living spaces and kitchen were very comfortable and the house was well equipped for a large group. Overall it was a nice house for a very cheap price and close to Tvedestrand.

This was the second time I have stayed here. This time the room was exceptional, large, double aspect, light with good views of the town. Very clean and everything worked as it should. A good breakfast and a light evening meal of bread and rolls with ham, cheese and a warm soup if required. Very helpful staff. A large underground municiple car park 10 metres from the hotel entrance means you don't get wet when fetching your car in the rain (max. kr150 per 24 hours)
