It is a lovely big, clean house, furnished with good taste. Katy, the host, was more than helpful and gave us lots of local tips and was timely in all communications. The location is perfect and less than five minutes on foot to the entrance of Rotterdam Central Station. The area has a nice tranquility about it, even though it is central, and amenities close by are fantastic with a supermarket, a nice restaurant and a beautiful small pub, all within a 60 second walk from the front door. This said, it was very quiet in the house and people in Rotterdam, in general, are very laid back so there is no danger of not getting a good night's sleep no matter what time you go to bed or wake up.
Like many traditional Dutch houses, the stairs are steep. Absolutely not an issue if you are able for stairs, but one to note if you have mobility restrictions.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.

Did everything by foot. To go to the beach, we took a scooter which took ~ 10-15 mins.

René couldn't be a better host. He is always there for the guests and yet you hardly notice him. Breakfast is plentiful and is served in the apartment. Everything is very clean and furnished to a high standard. The accommodation unit comprises a bedroom, living room, bathroom and separate WC. Absolutly great for two persons. Location is very quiet and feels safe. The walk through the park to the city center is very pleasant, so that the considerable distance is not even noticeable.
We enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse in The Hague. The hostess was pleasant, and she had a cute dog and a friendly cat. The guesthouse was very clean and had a cozy atmosphere. We could order breakfast, which was very good and delicious. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city.
The hotel is in a perfect location in the centre of Hague. The room was very clean and had new equipment. The staff is very polite and will help you with every requirement. The training room on the last floor is not large, but it is very useful.
It's very comfy and spacious. Was only in for one night. I actually wish it was more. Will hopefully return in the future. Staff were happy to accommodate requests. Very clean and quiet, just what our family needed after a lot of travelling and was a stop gap between destinations. Lovely city.
