The pool was a much needed bonus in the Windhoek heat. The aircon in the bedrooms was a plus and also the full package DSTV. The garden setting was beautiful and tranquil. The braai facilities was on par and lots of dry braai wood.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean and huge. The bathroom was nice and we had a really nice comfortable big bed after a very long flight. it was a perfect start to our trip and also we stayed at the end of our trip. And the breakfast was really good, I am still thinking about it
The facility was very clean and neat. A nice bonus is the bean grinder coffee machine and large open veranda with braai and beautiful views of the city at night. The host takes every effort to ensure that guests are comfortable, lacking nothing and expectations are met. He was also very accommodating with a later checkout. Thank you for the great Namibian hospitality!

We had originally booked in another establishment, but this one was really awful. In ten minutes I booked at The Lofts Luxury Suites, and when we arrived we were very happy. The flat is incredible, modern, very very clean, everything is very well thought out, even the light fittings (blue). The ladies who work there are lovely. Luckily the first flat was horrible, otherwise we wouldn't have had the chance to stay at The Lofts.
Staff were very friendly and Efficient. Room service was good and vert quick. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was an issue with WiFi in Windhoek but the hotel did advise us and gave us multiple options to link to and I did manage to get my work done.
