Second room doesn’t have A/C but it’s somewhat ok with the door open to let the cool air from living room with A/C enters. 5 mins drive to Instun and 10mins drive to town. The kitchen has a Cuckoo water filter so that’s great. Owner is responsive and provides clear instructions on checking-in.
