We love the quietness and peacefulness of the area, we love the view of Mt. Kinabalu. Water pressure, water heater works very well. We enjoyed the garden and its amenities, my kids love the rabbits. Kitchen is complete with stove, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, utensils, cutleries and plates. Soap and shampoo is provided. Fresh towel and bed linen provided upon check in. TV works well with limited chanel. Basic dining and living area. Security is VERY GOOD, we do not have to worry about our car as it is parked in a gated area and locked every night. Owner is there 24/7, so we feel safe.

The vast garden outside our room is really enchanting, it is so surreal that rendered us speechless. The room is very clean and Mr Lee was very helpful. The garderners were friendly too. The view of Mt Kinabalu with the garden as a setting really took our breath away.
