This house was so beautiful and so clean! The pool is amazing and the backyard makes you feel like you’re in a resort. Lupita is the host and she was EXCEPTIONAL! She assisted every time we had questions and always responded to our text messages very, very quickly. When we got lost, she sent someone to help us. One of us had an unexpected fall and Lupita had a wheelchair delivered and picked up at the end of the trip. Lupita also arranged for transportation anytime we needed it. We had the Very Best experience! I highly recommend this home. Thank you Lupita and David for being such GREAT hosts!

This place is amazing. It looks just like the pictures and is very conveniently located. The team of concierge was really helpful from Before the trip to after. We forgot belongings in the house and they coordinated to have us get it back. Highly recommend getting the chef and group massage. It was perfect for a bachelor party. Thanks!

The hostel is one of the most luxurious that I've stayed in. The facilities are great and the hostel is very clean. The hostel is also a bit further away from the Tulum centre which was great since this provides a calmer environment.
Stunning hotel. The penthouse suite was perfect, loved the large terrace & private pool & the huge comfy bed. Outdoor shower was bliss after the heat and humidity. All toiletries thoughtfully provided & of high quality. The staff were lovely, communication via whatsapp was a great touch. Strong margaritas from the rooftop bar. We loved this hotel.

It’s in a gated community, but this is sadly located next to a „slum-like“ neighbourhood.
With an own vehicle everything fine
The single rooms may be small but it does have everything you need for a short stay. We upgraded to the private pool apartment after a few days for more space which was hands down the best decision!! Pool amazing, the rooms amazing. Location was in the private gated community which has restaurants and close by and if you have a car or RTV the beaches are a short drive.
The apartment with private pool was absolutely stunning, great sized rooms, well equipped kitchen, balcony and pool both great with nice jungle views. Everything was decorated well and very clean, the bed was very comfortable too. We also had access to the rooftop pool area which was well maintained and enjoyed some evening sunshine up there. Great location for the supermarket which we used a lot and easy access to town for food/ activities.
Very nice place in a very quiet zone of Tulum. Be prepared that you are pretty far from the centre of the village, more than 30 minutes walk and taxis are too expensive in Tulum. We rented a car and that's the best way to move around there. The apartment was very clean and pretty, we also had a private pool. Very relaxing.
This is actually a private Farm House bungalow plot scheme type. Very eco friendly . The Host is available on Whatsapp. Very Helpful and his staff is eager to help too. This is one the finest holiday homes i have stayed . Very much away from City in a small village near Tulum . All Large cenote near by . Food in the village is also Fantastic . Please note Cash is important. Few places take Credit card in this village. Very Very interesting well designed home away from home. Do explore this place
