We were unsure of which part of St. Martin to stay in, but very glad we chose this spot. Amazing to be right on the water. Spectacular view of bay, with Marigot and mountains in the background, plus out to Anguilla. Quiet and low-key - just perfect. Great walk out to Pointe du Bluff. Very comfortable and relaxing and great service. A real treat!!!

The property was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured on Booking.com. There are 3 spacious bedrooms. The house is lovely and clean! The outside area is also a paradise with a large table for eating, and multiple seating areas. The view is breathtaking of the sea! Additionally, there is a fantastic French market a 1 minute walk away from the home that has everything you need to fill the fridge in addition to French pastries, fresh bread daily and coffee. Delphine was a phenomenal host. She was so friendly and kind. She greeted us and helped us settle in. She gave us restaurant recommendations and beach advice! Our vacation was perfect in every way!
